The selected candidate must have sales, catering, or restaurant management experience. A high percentage of time will be working outside of our restaurants with current and potential clients. This person will work within an assigned area, which may include working out of multiple restaurants. 

 

Job Description:

  • Work with catering coordinators and location mangers to create and implement sales calls and strategies.
  • Understand all menu items offered and accurately answer client questions in regard to preparation method, ingredients, portion size, and side items
  • Help hire, train, and coach Catering Coordinators
  • Works closely with Catering Coordinators, to stay abreast of Clients, trends and lead opportunities
  • Set up meetings and sales calls daily
  • Conduct tastings and follow up calls daily
  • Create and utilize on ongoing prospect list, in order to ensure incremental growth
  • Active involvement in networking events
  • Promptly follows up on all customer calls and requests in an efficient and expedient manner
