DiBella's Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

As a family-owned company, DiBella’s Subs has always been proud of our inclusive values and we strive to instill a familial culture among all employees in all the communities we serve. We encourage open dialogue, knowing that being able to share different perspectives and celebrate individuality is part of what being part of a family is about.
DiBella’s Subs feels very strongly about equality and social justice. To be completely clear, Black Lives Matter.

We’ve been talking about these issues for some time. In early 2020, we launched several Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives with employees across our entire footprint, including launching a Diversity and Inclusion Committee to determine how our restaurant can make impactful, meaningful change within our organization and the communities we serve. This committee consists of employees in a variety of positions across the company. 

On July 9, 2020, we shared an update of what we’re working on with employees, and we look forward to implementing some of these initiatives in the coming months.
We thank our employees who have been part of these discussions, and welcome input from anyone who wants to be involved. This is only the beginning. DiBella’s is eager to work collectively with all of its employees and communities to create positive and sustainable change.
